Do you polish shoes by mail?

At this time we are accepting in-person drop-offs at our address. If you are interested in polishing by mail, send us a note via the Contact form so we can let you know.


Do you perform resoling or other repairs?

We focus on polishing and shining. We’re happy to connect you with a local repair shop. We can even pick up your shoes from your local bootery in Whitewater and return them to the store.


Do you have a pickup/drop off time?

Picking up and dropping off shoes at our location is by appointment only (use the contact form) due to the pandemic. We are in the process of arranging a few drop off locations with local business partners. Stay tuned for more information!


Can you patina my shoes?

Yes! Currently we are using quality high-pigment cream polishes and wax polishes to patina your shoes. We want to know your personality and style, and have that be reflected in your shoes - so we will talk with you about every pair before getting started. If you are interested in exploring dyes for patina, burnishing, or recoloring, we are happy to take on that project but we may have you sign a liability waiver before starting.


Can you replace my laces?

Easy peasey! Beyond general maintenance, polishing is the best time to get old laces out, clean things up and get new laces in. If you have favorite laces, send them with the shoes, or let me know if you want me to pick some out. I will lace up to your preferences, whether crossed or bar style.

Can you teach me to polish my shoes?

Yes! When the weather is suitable, we can set up in the yard and walk through the steps. However, some steps need minutes, hours, or even days for the product or leather to stabilise.


Can I buy polish or shoe trees from you?

Not at this time - check the blog posts or contact us for advice on where to find recommended products
